The only vampire related mods I'm using are Predator Vision and Dynamic Vampire Appearance, I've tried disabling both of them and it has no effect. My level 49 assassin has been a vampire for more than half his time in Skyrim - recently though he was attacked, outside during the day, and since that point the screen has been completely and permanently blurry.
